The course design is dictated by the California Department of Real Estate and requires you to demonstrate mastery of the subject matter in each chapter before progressing to the next. As a result,
The DRE requires a MINIMUM COMPLETION TIME of 2.5 weeks (18 calendar days) from the date you enroll and access the course material. The MAXIMUM TIME we allow for completion of any course is one (1) year from the date of enrollment.
You can complete one (1) course in a minimum of 2.5 weeks from the date you enroll and access the course material.
You can complete two (2) courses in a minimum of 5 weeks from the date you enroll and access the course material.
You can complete three (3) courses in a minimum of 7.5 weeks from the date you enroll and access the course material.
To pass each course, you will be required to take and pass an online open book final examination comprised of 100 multiple choice questions. You are allowed 2.5 hours to finish each final examination. A passing score of 60% is required to pass each course.
If you fail a final examination, you are allowed to take a second final exam. The second final exam will be comprised of different questions than the original final exam. If you fail the second final exam, you must re-enroll, complete all the credit hours, chapter review quizzes and pass the final exam to receive credit for the course.
Course completion includes completing each chapter quiz and passing the final examination. The final examination must be taken and passed no later than the last day of the course enrollment one (1) year period.
If you are enrolled in more than one (1) course, we will email your course completion certificate at the conclusion of your last course. Your completion certificate will show all courses completed.
You must enter a current driver's license number, as an acceptable means of identification by the DRE, prior to accessing any online reading material, chapter quizzes, or final examination. By entering your driver's license number, you are affirming UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, that you are the student registered for this course and that you PERSONALLY will complete the final examination. Any violation of this requirement will result in revocation of the completion certificate for this course and will be reported to the DRE.
If you decide to cancel your enrollment, for any reason, we will issue a full refund (less a $25.00 registration fee) if cancellation occurs by midnight (PST) of the 8th calendar day after your date of enrollment. No refund will be issued after the above mentioned time period. You must notify us of cancellation by email to the following email address within the required time frame: info@eprealestateschool.com. Qualified refunds will be processed within 45 days of the Notice of Cancellation.
